​​​​​​​​​​​​Kuveyt Türk, since its foundation in 1989, has strived to be an industry leader in interest-free banking. It has adopted a research-oriented view of investment, and its tailor-made and customized banking, financing, and investment products satisfy the diverse needs and expectations of its customers. Ever increasing its market share, profitability, and fund size, Kuveyt Türk maintains stable growth year on year.

As the largest participation bank in Türkiye, Kuveyt Türk offers services through its 392 branch offices throughout the country. The bank's growth between 2012 and 2017 in particular saw it add 170 new branch offices and create 1,600 new jobs. It employed a total of 5,600 staff by the end of 2017.

Attaching foremost importance to technology and innovation, Kuveyt Türk has two R&D centers in Türkiye, located in Konya and Şekerpınar, Kocaeli. The centers employ around 100 people, and are leading the bank's efforts to switch banking transactions to mobile systems as much as possible, enabling customers to perform money transfers, bill payments, precious metal and foreign exchange transactions, stock trading, and other banking transactions easily at any place and free of charge. 

​Some of Kuveyt Türk's recent initiatives include Senin Bankan (Your Bank), the first interest-free digital bank of the world; the XTM Branch Office, which combines all of the functions of a branch office into a state-of-the-art ATM; and the ability to withdraw money from ATMs using QR codes generated through its mobile app.​
