​Türkiye is one of Unilever’s key markets, home to more than 5,000 employees across four factories and a wide network of suppliers. As part of our commitment to sustainable growth, Unilever continues to invest in Türkiye as a strategic regional hub. In 2013, we opened our Algida ice cream factory in Konya with an investment of EUR 95 million. This was followed by the launch of our Home and Personal Care factory in 2017, bringing the total investment in Konya to EUR 350 million together with our suppliers. This initiative represents the largest investment in Konya’s history and a major milestone for the fast-moving consumer goods sector in Türkiye.​
